Vihari suffered a hamstring injury but played a gritty innings along with Ashwin. But the most controversial moment went to Steve Smith. It happened during the drinks break. The stump camera recorded Smith’s doings.

Smith came back after drinks break and was seen doing some left hand shadow batting. However, the real controversy came soon after. Once he is done with his acting, he simply scuffed the guard lines marked by Pant in an attempt to gain some advantage.
