It was a one sided match between Chennai and Bangalore, today at Wankhede stadium, Mumbai. Chasing a target of 192 runs, Bangalore could only muster 122 for the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. Ravindra Jadeja was the wrecker in chief of Bangalore, with both bat and ball.
The left hander first made 62 runs in just 28 balls to take, Chennai to an imposing total of 191 runs. He massacred 5 sixes and 4 fours during his stay, at the crease. Then, with the ball, Jadeja killed the chase of Bangalore. He took 3 wickets, in his four overs and also bowled a maiden. He finished with bowling figures of 4-1-13-3.
Needless to say, he was the man of the match for his incredible performances, with both bat and the ball.
Amidst this, a funny moment happened when the result of the match was all but confirmed. The last pair of Bangalore, was batting. It was, the 18th over of the innings and the score was 104-9. Yuzvendra Chahal and Mohammad Siraj, were batting and Sam Curran was bowling.

On the last ball of the over, Siraj was on the crease as Curran bowled the delivery. It was a short delivery just outside, the off stump. Siraj tried to pull it but he, missed the shot. The ball went past his attempted pull, into the gloves of MS Dhoni. There was an instant appeal from Dhoni, as the umpire gave him out.
Siraj also, took the review in a flash. Interestingly, after he took the review, he took off his gloves, helmet and then started to shake hands with the other players of Chennai! He too believed that he was out.
Shockingly, the decision which came out, from the third umpire was termed Not Out. Actually, when the third umpire saw the clip, there was a flat line when, the ball went past the bat of Siraj. There was no any edge! Hence, the on field decision was over turned and Siraj was asked to say at the crease.
After this, everyone started laughing. All the Chennai players, as well as the players of Bangalore, who were sitting in the dug out.
