Mumbai Indians defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 13 runs in another close game of the IPL. At one stage Mumbai Indians looked down and out, when openers of Hyderabad Jonny Bairstow and David Warner were hitting it to all parts of the park.
However, Mumbai showed that they are not a champion team of five times for nothing. They eventually clawed back into the game by picking up wickets at regular interval. Once their captain and batting linchpin David Warner was out, Mumbai seized the moment and totally destroyed the inexperienced middle order. The lower order of Hyderabad was bundled Out for 137 runs and Mumbai won the match by 13 runs
One of the reason why Mumbai won the match was due to their excellent bowling and brilliant fielding. Jasprit Bumrah bowled nicely and Hardik Pandya was the standout fielder. Pandya affected two important Run outs in the match. First it was the most important wicket of David Warner who was playing the role of anchor in the chase.

Then in the middle order, it was Abdul Samad who was run out by Hardik Pandya. Abdul Samad could be a dangerous batsman like he showed in the first game. But here, he was run out by Pandya as Mumbai sealed the game.
After the match Pandya was asked about his electric fielding and rocket throw which runs batsman out. Pandya replied that he just knows that, before releasing the ball it should properly be in his hands. Then only, he takes the aim at his terms and tries to hit it. He said that he wasn’t expecting Warner to be that far from crease when the ball hit it down the stumps.
Pandya says that they are playing the same team for a very long time and now they understand each other really well. They try to identify the weakness of the opposition and try to capitalise on it. All the bowlers are experienced and try to make the most of the conditions. Also being helpful captain like, Rohit Sharma is a blessing for the team said Pandya.
