Chennai Super Kings cricketer Ravindra Jadeja is arguably the best fielder in world cricket at the moment. The energetic fielder has taken Indian fielding to new heights in the recent years.
The 31-year old continues to reach new heights despite being on the wrong side of 30s. Jadeja pulled off, probably, the most sensational catch in IPL 2020 so far. There has been some great fielding moments in IPL 2020 but this incident goes straight up to the very top.
Jadeja was fielding at deep mid wicket when Karn Sharma bowled to Sunil Narine. The hard hitting Narine was in full flow and is going all guns blazing in his short stay. He simply heaved a loopy delivery and it was almost a six. But Jadeja had other ideas.
He ran from deep mid wicket to his right and pulled off the catch with a full length dive. But soon he realized he might go into the boundary rope with the momentum of his run. So he threw the ball to Faf du Plessis, who ran all the way from long on.
Once more great thing about this catch is, it is to the right of Jadeja. Since Jadeja is a left handed fielder, it takes that extra effort to take such a miraculous catch. This catch will definitely be up there amongst the contenders for catch of the season.

Meanwhile, Mahendra Singh Dhoni will be very happy with the fielding of his team today. The 39-year old has expressed his disappointment multiple times in this season so far. They have been wobbly in the field and dropped catches many times than expected.
