England fast bowler Jofra Archer has had a great comeback to international cricket. The fierce pacer played his first international match for England after last year’s world cup.
Australia are currently playing against England in a three day T20I series followed by ODI series. However, the delivery by Jofra Archer to dismiss David Warner proved to be the turning point of the game.
With Australia in strong position to win, David Warner was guiding his side to a comfortable win. But Jofra Archer broke through his hard hitting and delivered crucial wicket for England. The hosts eventually went onto win the match with just 2 runs.
Coming to the wicket, we all know the scintillating pace of Jofra Archer. During his last spell, David Warner tried to up the ante against the young Jamaican. However, he was beaten for Jofra Archer’s pace. The ball quickly went before Warner’s shot and rattled the stumps.

The youngster is playing his first international match in 14 months. However, despite the initial rustiness, he came out with flying colors. He picked two crucial wickets and once again proved to be a premier bowler for England.
After winning the toss, Australia asked England to bat first. The team got off to flier thanks to some incredible hitting from Jos Buttler. He along with Malan scored valuable fifties in the first innings.
However, no support from any other batter meant England set a below par target of 163. Australia had a strong start with Finch and Warner. Both the openers managed to put on a 98 run partnership inside 11 overs. However, crucial wickets at regular intervals helped England seal the match.

Meanwhile, the comeback of Jofra Archer is a huge bonus to Rajasthan Royals. The talented pacer was initially expected to miss the tournament in March. However, he was able to heal his injury and get back into action.
The team will be excited to welcome him back to IPL. With his talent, Archer could play a major role in Rajasthan’s aspirations to win their second title. It will be interesting to see Rajasthan Royals’ game plan this season.
