Mahendra Singh Dhoni has always been vocal when spinners are bowling. Be it international cricket or IPL, Dhoni continuously chatters with his bowlers to give them an edge.

During the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore, Jadeja was bowling to Washington Sundar. Jadeja struck Sundar on his pads. Dhoni immediately went up appealing for LBW. On the other hand, Jadeja also joined the appeal albeit with doubt.

The skipper sounded so confident while appealing for the LBW. But once the umpire turned down their appeal, Dhoni’s words were clearly caught on stump mic. The 39-year old has asked Jadeja to take a call on the DRS decision. He said he couldn’t see the ball and told there is no height to the ball.

The comments of Dhoni brought a chuckle to fans and commentators on air.  This incident took place during the 12th over in RCB’s innings.

Here is the video of that funny moment

Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings bowlers were able to strike crucial early wickets in their match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. But Virat Kohli has one of the best IPL days in his career.

The skipper stayed on crease until the end and ripped apart the CSK bowlers in the death overs. In fact, he only played 5 dot balls in his entire innings which lasted over 18 overs. His intent to rotate the strike was clearly visible when wickets were falling apart on the other end.

Royal Challengers posted a challenging 169/4 on the board. At one stage they did not look to cross 140. Virat Kohli and Dube played impressive cricket in the final overs to put RCB on a par total at Dubai.

A win in this match is a must for Chennai Super Kings. They have won only two matches in their first six games. If they lose against RCB, they will have to win six out of their last 7 matches to qualify for the play offs. Should they fail to qualify for play offs, this will be their first time to get knocked out in group phase.

The team are clearly missing Suresh Raina in the dug out. Their batting looks toothless in the middle overs and they are scoring way too slow inside the powerplay overs. MS Dhoni has a big job on his hands and should consider making changes to his side.

At the moment of writing, RCB bowlers are cruising against Chennai Super Kings and it will take a miracle for CSK to make a comeback in this match.
