In cricketing scenario, Dhoni will be seen next in the IPL. Earlier the tournament was postponed in first week of May in India. Moreover just about half the season was completed as COVID-19 breached the bio bubble of the players. Hence the tournament was called off with immediate effect to minimize the damage.

Now the BCCI has planned to re start the IPL in September. This time the tournament will be hosted by UAE as it is the safest option with minimal cases of COVID. The desert nation has hosted the IPL in 2014 and 2020 as well when the IPL had to be moved out of India.
